I thought the choice of premium skis and boots could be better. Boots felt pretty standard and skis (perhaps because near the end of the season) didn’t look premium (quite worn / scuffed). Skis performed ok on the mountain.

Rental experience was great. Staff was professional and very helpful. I wanted to change boot sizes after they had fit.me the first time and they were very helpful and understanding and got me into a more comfortable boot. Equipment was great. Good quality. Made for an amazing day of skiing

The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and the ski equipment and clothing were excellent also.

I did reserve Volk Race Tiger GS or equivalent. I have been offered Stockly GS but they were quite damaged. So O had Stockly WRT which were not as good as expected.

Everyone in the shop was extremely helpful and friendly. The recommendations on which skis were most appropriate given the conditions were very helpful. The attention to maintenance of our skis over the course of the week was outstanding.

4th year renting from you and as usual everything was excellent. All the guys in the shop took care of me and my 6 friends. And once again Lee was amazing when it came to getting us what we needed, offering advice and suggestions and just having a great attitude. See you next year.

Für mich der absolute Hammer! Ich bekam zwar keinen guten Ski und habe mich daran sogar verletzt. Als ich das jedoch zurück gemeldet habe, wurde mir ohne zu zögern der Mietpreis zurück erstattet. Ich hatte diese Erwartung nicht! Zudem möchte ich erwähnen, dass das Personal sehr pflichtbewusst und freundlich ist. Wenn mieten in Zermatt, dann bei Bayard!
