The rental process was quite efficient and easy. There were 2 people on this reservation; the other person was a novice skier and felt more guidance on boot fitting might have helped. The gentleman brought us boots and walked away. My friend would have liked to ask some questions but he was helping other people. Also, my friend's bindings were too small. Our ski guide had to fix them on the mountain once this was realized.
