Do you have to lug your ski equipment to the lift and back to the hotel in the evening? That doesn't have to be the case. The Bayard ski and board depots provide a simple solution: You can easily store your equipment at Bayard Rental at Bahnhofplatz. So you don't always have to carry your equipment back and forth between the hotel and the ski slope.
The next morning, your skis or board will be waiting for you in the shop, safe and dry. So you don't lose any time on the way to the lift and benefit from a high level of comfort. Thanks to the opening mechanism with personal card, you can always access your equipment. We look forward to your visit to our shop directly at the valley station.

The ski and board depot is available in the Bayard Shop on Bahnhofplatz, in the immediate vicinity of the railway station and the valley station.
MAXIMUM COMFORT
Thanks to the central location, you can bring your equipment to the shop after a day on the slopes and pick it up again the next morning.
STORAGE & DRYING
By storing your equipment in the heated depots, it will be dry and ready for the next departure when you pick it up the next day.
WHAT ARE THE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DEPOT BOXES AT BAYARD?
These are the characteristics and features of the depots available to you
Our depots are available specifically for 2 as well as for 4 people. There are differences between ski and board depots in terms of capacity. Mixed depots can also be booked, in which both skis and snowboard can be stored. Each of the depots is heated and thus ensures that the equipment can dry overnight.
The depot is operated via a card with a chip function, which is handed out in the shop when booking on site. With this chip, the depot can be opened and locked again. This ensures that only you have access to your equipment. Your equipment is therefore safely stored and well secured.
Please note: In case of loss of the card, a fee will be charged for the replacement of the card. Our staff can still open the depot for you, after checking the depot assignment, so that you can access your equipment.

WHAT IS THE STORAGE PROCESS AT THE SKI AND BOARD DEPOT?
Simple process with maximum convenience
The depots can be booked at the Bayard Shop on Bahnhofplatz. When you book, you will receive a chip that can be used to open and lock the depot box. At the end of your day on the slopes, you can bring your equipment to our shop and store it in one of the heated depot boxes, where it can dry in the meantime.
The next morning you can open the depot box again with your individual chip and take your equipment with you. Thanks to the central location directly at the railway station and thus in the immediate vicinity of the valley station in Zermatt, you will be among the first at the lift.
Please note: The storage facility is always available as long as there are free depots. It is not a prerequisite that you also rent your equipment from Bayard. We also offer this service for guests who would like to use a place for safe storage with their own equipment.
