THESE ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF SKI BOOT FITTING

THE LATEST TECHNOLOGIES AND TOOLS

For the foot analysis as the first step in ski boot fitting, we use innovative state-of-the-art methods. Based on the results, we adjust your boot.

INDIVIDUAL ADAPTATION TO THE FOOT

Every foot is different. That's why every ski boot should take this into account. This way you are guaranteed to feel comfortable in your ski boot and binding.

DIRECT TRANSMISSION OF POWER

Due to the adjustment, the ski boots sit compactly on the foot. This means that the power is transferred directly to the ground at the start of the turn. This ensures full control over the ski.

NO PRESSURE POINTS OR BLISTERS

Painful pressure points or lack of blood circulation are a thing of the past thanks to the optimal fit. This makes the descents even more fun.

SKI BOOT FITTING WHEN BUYING A NEW SKI BOOT

How to choose the right ski boot for you

The right fit and a comfortable feel are the central core criteria for choosing the right ski boot. Especially when buying a new ski boot, this must therefore be taken into account accordingly. The first step in ski boot fitting is a foot analysis. The orthopaedic data is then used to select the brands and models that are suitable for the respective foot shape and position. Each manufacturer differs here in the cut and design of the ski boots.

Further data such as instep height and calf width are then taken into consideration. Individual skiing ability is also taken into account here, as the desired degree of hardness of the ski boots plays a major role in comfort. Taking all these factors into account, we find the right ski boot that fits like a glove and maximises fun on the slopes.

SUBSEQUENT SKI BOOT FITTING

Individual readjustment of your own ski boots

If you already own ski boots, but are struggling with pressure points and a less than ideal fit, you are welcome to make use of our ski boot fitting service. Here, too, a sound foot analysis is the starting point for finding out which special features need to be taken into account in the fit.

Then, with the help of heat treatment, the outer shell of the ski boot can be deformed in those places where the boot pinches or is too tight. Since the material can be deformed to a certain extent with heat, pressure points can be eliminated in this way without affecting the functionality or stability of the ski boot.

In combination with a special insole (if necessary), a sometimes uncomfortable ski boot can thus be further optimised and customised to individual needs. Our ski boot fitting experts look forward to your visit to the shop.
